The Princess of Wales is a $20M, double balcony, 2000 seat theatre built for the Canadian premiere of Miss Saigon. Our work covered the complete acoustics and noise control design, including an elaborate computer model. The building includes stunning art work by American artist Frank Stella which, on the balcony facia, has been used to acoustical advantage. The room and its sound have been critically acclaimed. It is a beautiful addition to Toronto's theatre stock, the third largest theatre city in the English speaking world.
The room has a warm generous sound. You never know why you have a sound like that. The Opera Bastille in Paris doesn't have it. It's a miracle".

Alain Boublil & Claud Michel Schonberg, composers of Miss Saigon & Les Miserables

I am very proud of the acoustical quality of the Princess of Wales. We have received many favourable comments from actors, directors, musicians and composers.
